Clare Donovan studied conference interpretation at ESIT (class of 1982). She defender her doctorate thesis in Translation Sciences (Traductologie) in1990 and headed the ESIT Masters in Interpretation programme before becoming Chief Interpreter at the OECD in 2011. She was one of the co-founders of PAMCIT and PAUTRAIN in Africa, as well as the European Masters in Conference Interpretation.
